The Calls: As an Yves Rocher telephone agent you will handle bi-lingual inbound calls from our North American customers and assist them with orders and the processing of claims We expect calls to be handled with the greatest respect for the standards in terms of quality of service, sales and productivity. You must be fully French/English bi-lingual.
The Hours: 7 days per week, 24 hours per day. Minimum agent commitment of 10 hours per week, with 3 weekend hours on Saturday or Sunday.
Target Earnings Range:
