Where Your Work The Dominica Business Center provides you with a rent-free workplace in their center during the time periods of your shifts.
When You Work The job offers you almost perfect flexibility in work hours. Some Remote Contract Agents in other countries are even choosing to build full-time businesses.
Your Workplace You work from an assigned workstation in the Dominica Business Center. You are connected to your calls through the international voice and data connection of the Dominica Business Center.
Your Work Training You apply and train for the agent jobs through ContractXchange assisted by the Business Center Support Team. You train on-line through the on-line classrooms of ContractXchange. Training time varies by client, it can be few days or sometimes a week or two.
Your Work Contract You work for the North American client that contraced you, not for the Dominica Business Center or ContractXchange. You contract your services directly with the recruiting clients who advertise on the ContractXchange site. Clients are responsible to you for the jobs provided, your
supervision (in conjuction with Wikibuli), administration, scheduling and pay. Full contract details are viewable in ContractXchange Members Section.
Your Agent Business Over time, you can build up your agent business by adding different clients. With more clients you have a greater variety of work, more opportunities and, of course, you will earn more money.
Your Work Hours You have the opportunity to work flexible hours creating your own schedule from a choice of available 3 and 4 hours time blocks. Your work contract requires you to work a stated minimum hours of work per week, and beyond that you can pick-up extra hours as they become available.
Your Work Schedule You post your available time for the coming week in the online ContractXchange scheduler. The scheduling system automatically integrates your available time with your clients needs. You can swap shifts with other Contract Agents on the scheduler swap board. You can also commit to a standby status for extra work.
Your Pay You are usually paid on a per-call basis, the fee per-call is set by your clients. You are paid directly by your contact center clients. Payment is bi-monthly and deposited electronically to your bank account.
