If you know how to operate a PC, plus have basic typing skills and a good telephone manner, you have the essential skills to train for Contract Agent work.

There are two levels of training necessary for you to Certify as a working Contact Agent and all training is conducted on-line in a virtual classroom setting.

The on-line training courses are conducted at your assigned workstation at the Business Center, and there will be a member of the Support Team close-by to help with questions.

Note: You can only attend training at the invitation of the recruiting company.

1. My Business Access Training.

This is a one-time course that accompanies the training of your first client job contract.

In this 1 day, 8 hour on-line course, you learn the key skills required to work within the LiveXchange Network system including how to operate all aspects of the AgentAccess OS™ software and how to schedule your work times on-line.

You will also learn the operational processes and rules of working in the Business Center.

Once graduated from this course you are ready to attend the corresponding client training course.

2. Client Application Training

This is the training course you take to learn how to process the specific calls of the client company you have applied for.

For example, if you are working for a pizza company, you are trained on how to take pizza order calls from their customers across North America.

Of course, different companies have different kinds of calls that you can contract for and each of them have their own training course.
